I study philosophy, in my desultory way. Everything is desultory. Everything comes and it goes. A friend calls and i'll talk excitedly about something I haven't thought about for months. I read one of your posts about wittgenstein
and i sit in a cafe and stare into the darkness outside (I hate brightly lit places, I love winter because I love to wake in the dark, winter in this hemisphere is ending and I stumble to work in daylight, oh the day's got its uses but i love to START in twilight, with Venus visible and lighting the way, the ancient symbol of hope) and write about anti-realism and how many hairs a man has to have to qualify as non-bald (myself, I am scraping by, but less robustly than i used to :-( ).
I care about philosophy intermittently. I care more about poetry but I analyze, analyze, analyze it until nothing's left.

Everything will start to become meaningless again.
Except, of course
The things that aren't supposed to contain meaning
<<That's what my poem was about.
