DEPRESSION POEM

Depression once had me down and out
Yes it was a serious bout

But I got better with my Med
But do not want to stay on it till I am dead

With GOD I can do it, but not on my own
And sometimes lifelong depression is overblown

I must have resolve to get off of this drug
And not give into being a slug

7 years I have taken Serzone
Hopefully when off it I will feel my bone

I mess the sex I had with my wife
I want to be back with pre depression life

This med does wonders for those who are sick
In a depressed brain it lights a wick

Best luck to all who suffer from depression
There is hope in the power of suggestion

I hope this poem makes some kind of sense
I hope your depression soon relents
