Thanks and poem

Dr Bob, - thanks for this board!!

I wrote this silly thing long ago, yet it still holds true for me.

Someone is crying again
in my head
and when she starts
I wish I were dead.
Trapped in bones
and covered with skin
I can't seem to get her
out from within.
