Everyone makes mistakes ... everyone. I am the boss at my work and when I make a mistake, I make sure everyone knows "I DID IT" and see .. we are still in business. A good employee learns how to recognize their errors and admits responsibility ... learning how to solve the problem is icing on the cake.
I hope you learn to relax a litte at work. I know I'm asking a lot.
Do you still like the type of work that you are doing?
