I graduated from the training team

I've been working for about 3 weeks and I've graduated from the training team. My productivity scores are high. My reliability is perfect. My monitoring assessments are 100% Very Good, the highest you can get.

Now that I'm no longer on the training team I get to read and do puzzles while I'm working. :-) I think I'll do puzzles. Reading can be tricky because of all the interuptions from answering the phone.
