I'm so sorry that that happened. You didn't deserve it, so please keep trying not to blame yourself. How can anybody in a new position be expected to display high productivity without training or direction. They were completely unfair and unreasonable. And, if they were worried about your productivity, then why did they not raise it with you over the course of the month that you were there. Sounds like constructive dismissal to me. You are not the Queen of Employment Losers. Just sounds like you have had the unfortunate experience of having worked for the Kings of Employer Losers.

I don't want to sound trite, but keep your chin up. You will find a job where your worth is recognized and where your talents are valued.

> I was only there for a month, two weeks of which the person who was supposed to be training me was absent and two other weeks my boss was absent. The flimsy excuse is my productivity was low.
