Phillipa, I do a lot of reading and since I went on the Lamictal I've done few short diversion kind of courses. I spend a lot of time looking after the baby right now but I know that's not going to last.
I don't feel that good about myself partly because I'm depressed. When I'm not so bad I say 'I'm ill' or 'I was ill'and I think that it's not my fault. I do struggle to try to get some meaningful or useful activity going but it's very hard with this illness.
I think Octopusprime's idea about one on one work is good if you're up to it. Have you done things to test the water as in see how you go with some activity? Before last year I signed up for a few low stress things but I always had to cancel them after my initial attempts. From that I could tell there was no way I would be able to work at that time.

> Fuschia that's exactly how I feel. I'm older and you have more time but are thoughts are the same. What do you do with yours? I mean how do you manage to feel good about yourself? I'm sleeping later and later and I'm afraid to let my husband get a job as I'm terrified of being alone. Unrealistic but I am overwhelmed. Maybe you could babblemail me. Love phillipa
