Why stop taking meds?? I can understand if you want to only be on one and not a cocktail. If you feel good and you don't have any noticeable side effects, why stop????

I got off zoloft after 8 years of feeling pretty good, 5 months later I had a major mixed episode.

Is it really worth relapsing and suffering from the damage that depression/anxiety can do to the brain?

Hey, if you can do it successfully and feel good and live a good live, more power to ya.
