Hi so I decreased my Remeron by 5% only last nite and I am feeling the jitters today. Does it make more sense to just "rip the bandaid" and go down by an 1/8 (33%in this case) and suffer since going down by 5% makes me jumpy anyway? It seems like going slower just makes this brutal process last longer!
