Anafranil/ Clomipramine withdrawl

Can anyone help with successful Anafranil/ clomipramine withdrawl? It is an old tri-cyclic and has made me put n alot of weight. I'd really appreciate any comments. I find withdrawl terrible. I get very anxious, which wasn't my initial probelem, plus I get insomnia.
