I just decided to stop yesterday. Started last July on 30mg, went to 60mg in September. Started having "electric brain shocks" in December, so was increased to 90mg. It just kept getting worse, not to mention that the sweating and clammy skin was out of control, can't sleep without Ambien, and I started developing cystic acne on my neck. The sexual side effects started immediately and never subsided. I cut back to 30 mg yesterday, had a little dizziness and brain "strobe". Went most of today without anything until 30mg tonight. Had a BAD headache most of yesterday and today, but I feel like it's tolerable. I have some low dose Xanax in case of anxiety, but have not used it yet. If it all goes well, I plan to go cold turkey within the next 1-2 weeks. I'll let you know. Good luck to those of you who are suffering.
