Dear MowMowsGirl I have to agree with pandareina about reducing more slowly. I have posted before that it has taken me months to come off Efexor at a dose of 375mg/day and I was on it for 4 years. I was reducing the dose every 4 weeks and the last two weeks was down to 37.5mg/day and then "nothing". I think my doc could have been more helpful - but it's too late now. I was OK for 2 days and then other symptoms started: vertigo, nausea, hyperactivity, mood swings etc. Anyway after 3-1/2 weeks I have started on Lovan to avoid going totally crazy. My suggestion to you is the same - don't try to come off it too soon - your doc might take a phone call if you need it - you can only ask. It is only through people like us sharing that we can really know what it is like and how to best help each other. Good luck.

And as for meeting someone, I have given up on trying for marriage (but of course if it ever happened I'd still be thrilled), and settled for having a baby with my best friend, who is also older than me, and wondering if he'll ever get to have kids.
