withdrawal from Perduretas 50 mg? HELP PLEASE!

Can anyone help with info regarding withdrawal from the above? I'm not sure if I'm sick, or withdrawing. LOL! I get the little buggers from BIOTRAN.CO.UK and take them for sciatica/herniated disc. I police myself and thought I was taking too many lately (appx. 4 a day) so decided on my own to just STOP. Thursday my last pill was at 4 pm. I usually take one at 8 or 9 pm, but actively chose not to do so. Slept fine. Woke Friday at 5 am like usual, made decision to take none. Found I had no appetite for breakfast. OK. No problem. Still no appetite by lunch. OK. Fine, but weird as I usually eat both meals. By 2:30 had rapid heartbeat, the chills, shakes. Left work, went home. Hubby said I felt feverish. By 5:00 I had the dry heaves (no food to upchuck - last meal had been Thursday dinner!) and diarrhea. Tossed and turned. I researched on 'puter and found that cold turkey may not have been the way to go if this was what I thought it was, so at 6 pm I took 1 pill. Slept through until 10 pm. Wanted juice. Napped, but hydrated with juice every half-hour or so until 2 am when hubby came to bed. I left for the sofa with dog. By then I was experiencing hot/cold flashes, sweats, tossing and turning again. Took half a pill. Slept til 5:30 am. Woke with headache, took other half. It's now nearly 8 am. Have no cravings for anything (pills or otherwise!), still hydrating with juice, appetite seems to be coming back as my tummy's rumbling and am not nauseous, no more sweats, etc. Urine seems a little 'thick.' Headache gone.

So. Was this illness or am I in for a good one?
