I read a very comforting book about controlling panic called HOPE AND HELP FOR YOUR NERVES by Claire Weekes. I felt so bad yesterday that I broke down and took a 20mg Cymbalta, hoping it would relieve the symptoms. Now I'm determined to wait it out cold turkey. Xanax helps a lot. At least it's not as bad as the withdrawl from Effexor. I wouldn't recommend Effexor for any reason! Thanks for the support, it really helps to know you're not alone!
