can anyone share about coming off Paxil CR?

It has been about 4 days now without Paxil CR and 3 days starting Lexapro 10mg. Very moody, nausiated,tense, agitiated and cry alot. I am having most difficulty being in public, have missed 2 days from work, has anyone else had trouble with going to work and being able to function and interact with other people?
