Thanks for the advice. I'm gonna taper slow off of valium for the time being. If underlying anxeity is still there after it's gone, i'll get on an ssri, or ssnri.
But for the time being, i'd like to get med free, and feel myself once again.
Plus, i think adding another drug, during a drug withdrawal, is just adding gas to the fire.
