Hi all,
I was the one that heavily promoted the use of cross tapering efexor with 20mg of Prozac. It worked wonders for me getting off Effexor and I was feeling wonderful while on 20 mg of Prozac. First daily, than every other day, than every two days. Well, I've been off the Prozac now for about 10days and I am getting the intense brain zaps and full body electric buzzzzzzzs for the last few days. It seems to be getting worse. I have chewed off my lovely manicured nails and am overeating (with comfort food) trying to quell these effects. I am sorry to report this. I thought it would be easier b/c of Prozac's half life. I don't know how many more days it will take to get out of my system. I am also extremely irritable and have to watch my temper around my boss and boyfriend. Afraid of what i might say or do!!! any suggestions for natural remedies to help flush or cleanse the body?
