Hang in there. I was on that for 8 years and ate it like candy. I became pregnant and of course stopped right away. I was just very irritable and threw a few things. The anxiety came back but I didn't have a choise because of the baby. Everyone has different symptoms when it comes to withdrawals. I would do it slowly if you can. I didn't have a choice, you do. I went to many years without anything for my anxiety and now I take klonipin for it. I just can't suffer like that anymore. I've been dealing with it for over 25 years, 3 kids in between when I couldn't take anything. I wish you the best of luck. By the way my Pdoc won't give me the xanax for some reason.
