> b2c.Hi, suddenly stopping medication can trigger manic or hypomanic spells. I had that happen to me when I suddenly stopped a tricyclic (doxepin), and also when I abruptly stopped Remeron. I do recall clearly having "rebound" anxiety after trying Stelazine a long time ago (just for a short time) and then stopping that one. Also, when I was taking Seroquel at bedtime for sleep, I got really "wiggy" when it was wearing off just a few hours before the next dose (24 hrs later). If you need to get off the Zyprexa I would draw it down real slowly and see how you are doing. Hope this helps some.. -- Mitch
