Working and going to school while on AD's

I've only recently started Effexor XR 37.5 and I'm not sure how it's affecting me so far.

I work as a Barista for a coffee shop that sounds like Farfucks. My startup symptoms were so bad on the third day that I had to leave work (very not cool). I also go to university and my motivation is so bad that in one of my classes, I've managed to only complete 1/5 assignments required. I'm hoping with Effexor my motivation will come back and I'll be the social bee that I once was.
