Reducing Lexapro from 20mg to 10mg represents a 50% decrease. That is quite a bit. You might have been more comfortable at 15mg for awhile before moving to 10mg. I guess that's common sense.

My guess is that even at 10mg, things should get better within the next few days. To discontinue Lexapro entirely, you might want to try some of the things you'll find on this Psycho-Babble Withdrawal board. You will find a few different methods of mitigating or avoiding the discontinuation withdrawal syndrome.
