Well, I really hope it goes well for you. I strongly encourage you to do all you can to support your body during this process by maybe trying the things I mentioned above and surely eating well(tons of veggies and good, unfettered sources of animal protein), drinking tons of spring water, exercising(even if it is just a walk), and perhaps tapping into your higher power. > Very true. I've been off the meds cold turkey for going on 5 days now. Once I made it through the initial withdrawal (which for me was the worst) it seems to be getting easier. I've been trying to see if I should just give in and take a dose just to lessen my withdrawal symptoms, but every day my mind seems to get clearer and physically it's getting easier. I wouldn't recommend cold turkey though. Tapering slowly would definitely be a lot easier on your system; for me though, I feel like I'm past the point of no return, I'd rather just stay off now.
