Thanks. The best thing I ever did was get off these drugs. I can't believe what they did to me. I have hope but some days are hard cause w/d hits me hard. The CNS doesn't heal in a linear fashion and healing could take many months to years. I believe eating right and exercise help so much. Take care and hope you are well.
