I took Benadryl, and it helped me. Do not take Claritin or any other type of antihistamine because of possible drug interactions that could cause heart damage. If you read through all of the old posts, people have suggested all kind of things, but I would suggest that you try them one at a time so that you know which ones work for you, which ones don't, and which ones might be making you sicker.
