Our sociewty is crazy. Doctors prescribe this stuff to young children so they will get better grades without the parents having to take any responsibility for anything. Others learn what to say to go get scripts. Me, I am honest about my history of drug abuse but I love this drug and get it when I can illegally so I am far from a mentor here BUT , I have some important things to say:
1 - Don't ever snort the stuff. That will make the addiction and insantiy parts of the drug much worse because it goes directly to the brain, causes a rush, a crsh, and a craving for more.
2- Don't use benzodiazopines to calm yourself down if you have any history of addiction to benzoids. The Adderall somehow multiplies the rebound from the benzoids and can throw you into benzoid withdrawal for a week! Durring this time, the Adderall won't do any of the good things anymore - it just becomes wothless and annoying.
3-I know this sounds bad but a little alcohol will help if you are trying to calm down. Focus on sex for a while and once you have an orgasm, have another drink, eat, and just lay down, close your eyes, and think about something calm.
4- although there is physcial stuff involved with this drug for sure, don't under estimate the your thought process. It should not have a crash anything like cocaine etc if you are taking the pills orally
5 - if you have a bad problem with it, don't take it agian!
