Twinch, get yourself to an AA meeting - there are oodles of them around, and even if alcohol is not your drug of choice, it is a good place to start with help and the principles are the same as many other self help groups.

Go to your doctor and tell him/her what's happening, and get into a detox program.

If you're a church goer, call on your minister and tell him/her of your problem.

There really IS help all around us. Taking that first step in asking for it is critical, but you can do it.
