I personally had a pretty bad reaction to it...even though I only took a "lower plateau" dose. I would not recommend it based on my experience.

To me, the best experience was with double the recommended dose (making sure that DXM is the ONLY active ingredient of course). I felt slightly drunk I think. I don't like alcohol and can't drink enough of it to get drunk, so it was a different experience for me.
