Thanks AuntieMel. I do use "Daily Reflections" and "As Bill Sees It" regularly. I also go back to the 12 steps and "Living Sober" when I need to. I haven't stopped concentrating on self-improvement or self-awareness, I have just been really tired and lethargic (physically and mentally) the past week or so, but it appears that it may just have been really, really bad PMS (it's so true that for some it gets worse the older one gets - YUK). Anyway, I will be ok, just feeling a bit discouraged.
