Could you swap the smoking with a new hobby? A kind of, exchanging a hobby (pot) that is healthy for you with a hobby that is healthy for you (just as an example, photography).
I don't have a clue whether that would work, but my idea is that you are thinking a lot about smoking, and that doesn't make it easier to stop.
Would it be possible for you to for example not stop, but just restrict yourself to smoke only on special occasions, or only on saturday evening or something?
Often stopping with a bad behaviour (or something you see as a bad behaviour in yourself) is very difficult because it is woven into everything in your life. Espescially something like pot is often something you do while doing a lot of the things that you like (being social or reading, listening to music etc), an dthen doing those things without pot will mak eyou miss it.. then maybe trying an activity that you havent been smoking to might be an idea.
Just some thoughts... you know yourself best :-)
