Lorazepam is generally considered a higher risk (of tolerance & addiction) than longer acting benzos such as clonazepam. The latter is most often used to reduce side effects of A/Ds, judging from the postings here. On the other hand, lorazepam may give you more overall benefit - clonazepam for me has a kind of dulling effect, while lorazepam was almost like an anti-depressant in itself.

Watch out for the usual danger signals - looking forward to your next dose, dose escalation on your own, etc.
