Hi...well I commend your bravado. But, you of course realize that quitting cold turkey could bring about some serious health issues. (Both physical and mental.) I highly suggest Detox...asap. You need to be monitored and in a safe place while "coming down".

After Detox, you may find better support in a 28 day program, one that emphasizes major lifestyle changes, and can help get your psychiatric issues under control. You may very likely need medication for that. I imagine there has to be some non-profit ones (28 day treatment centers) where you live, and if you don't know of any, please call your local hospital for information on such. Besides helping with medications, the 28 day program will help with everything from nutrition to communication assertiveness, as well as how to majorly reduce stress in your life. They are very complete, well-rounded programs. You will have a daily activity plan/schedule to follow by, which helps with the discipline of a structured day.

Anyhow...best wishes...and please keep us posted...and any further questions, etc..

Sincerely,
Jay
