Another possibility, Gee, is, if you really like languages and want to teach, you could find a way to go to the country where they speak your second language, and spend six or nine months there. By then I'll sure you'll become fluent, and will have no trouble.
It's something to think about, too, besides changing careers-- or along with changing careers.
Lots of people graduate from college without a clear idea of what they want to do. That's why they have graduate school and other training programs! So don't feel too discouraged.
