yeah eating healthy is a chore for me. I mean, if i get on a vegitatian role, and lose weight i would stay with it for a while, then hop off. Only experience i've had with not eating is ... taking a stimulant - paticulary dexedrine. It makes eating not satifable, it's a chore or have to eat. Psychostimulants increase your metabolism and make youo not hungry - basically that's why its a diet pill. But my trainer really has been ... he wnats me to lose weight, i do too. But ill have a party pig out period after i work out 6 days before i get weighed. And usally it's only for 1 day. Piggy time, oink. I quick tasty food is satifiable, then eating yeah soething like samon is more of chore and is less satifiying. I think youo have to train, yourself to make a transition over from unhealthy food - to healthy foods. Unhealthy foods are pleasurable, that's why there avaiable to the masses. You don't see healthy fast food resturants anywhere. You don't - there fast food, and that's why i think it's made some population overweight. Not saying bad, but it depends, some people are just fast food people. There not overweight, there just fast food people. Get it fast, down it, be satisfied. I think transitions have to be done for a diet, but a diet doenst mean anything until the belief system or choice is changed. I think people call it a diet, and usally temporary, not permanent
