we just haven't even given a vaccination to everybody who actually wants one...
and we are already talking about how we are going to punish people who refuse to comply with our demands that they have a vaccination when we jolly well them when they should have one.

They just think that they re-write the laws or re-interpret the laws as they see fit.
They are leaders?
If they are leading then why are we so very very very very very far behind every other developed nation?
Why must it always take generations for us to get to 're-discover' or 're-invent' things that have already been done every other developed nations.
Why don't we just import the Australian law on needing roll-bars on farm bikes?

Except the IHC people I know are generally more pleasant.
