I do drink quite a lot of coffee...
But if I do run out for whatever reason I switch to tea and I don't find that I get headaches or whatever. I prefer coffee, though, because I don't drink it with sugar whereas I add sugar to make tea palatable and I find I am tempted to add more and more sugar to it over time... So it's better for me if I stay away from it / stay away from the sugar / stay away from things I tend to add sugar to.
Maybe I wouldn't feel the urge to add sugar if I brought better quality tea. I've always been fussy about coffee and coffee beans and considerably old school no taste at all when it comes to tea. I mean.. We've come a long way from instant coffee of the wrong species. But when it comes to tea I'm still drinking 'kiwi' bell tea in a tea bag... Same tea they were serving up with the instant coffee when I was a kid...
Haha.
I am surprised I don't seem to get withdrawal headaches or whatever from running out of coffee. Maybe that's what the sugar is for in the tea hah hah.
