it was in the early 2010s, 2007-09 was pretty populated, but most of the electricity was in earlier, like around early 2000s and 2005 period, when i first started posting here in 03, there were alot of people who welcomed me and gave advice within a short time frame, this site is kinda old technology that still exists in 2020, all this format is from the 90s
