I was a runner, would run and jog at night. Things changed after stuff happened, but I'm at a point now where I need to do strenuous exercise, my particular focus is the stair master, its hard for me, going up against large stairs its a killer, but lots of calories burned and stamina increase, break through the pain barrier
a point when you make swimming or exercise it become a routine, makes you feel good. Tons of people, 4-5 am hit the gym for about an hour or 2 before work, that is not me....night is when I work out, ... joining a gym soon, there's a gym opening soon near; weights, swimming, everything so I need to hop on
