when i was a teenager, i got up early in the morning and ran with a CD player, or in the afternoon, and night. I used to be a runner. It made me a better mood, or just a good mood while running
but now running got painful and requires discipline rather than enjoyment
everything can change like that, and all these years go by so fast, but nothing lasts forever
