> I am doing well. Glad to see the back end of 2016 like so many others. I am relatively stable on my meds. Happy with my therapist. Am able to live decently on my income at the present time, and have savings. My car runs, I love my cat. What more is there...?
I agree with your outlook. I have a small apartment, a TV, a sound system, and a computer. No cat. Compared to many others, I live in luxury. I remind myself of that every now an then. I am extrememly fortunate.
So far, 2017 offers the hope of remission from bipolar depression. Unfortunately, because some areas of the brain have atrophied so much, I will never be what I was before I became ill. However, in some ways, I will be so much more. I am blessed.
