I am restarting psychotherapy

Some of the therapy i did, it didnt make sense to me but now it does. It helps in so many subtle ways. Lasting change.

schizo-affective, type depressive
Seroquel 700mg
Zyprexa 12.5mg
Effexor 37.5mg
Metformin 2000 to 2425mg
Lithium orotate 360mg
