No matter the circumstances. Thank goodness my depression wanes. Though I really ramped up my use of meditation to help soothe, focus, and calm my anxious mind.
I don't think it's a case of Whatever Works as much as we know THIS works, but you must practise daily. I practise more often than that.
It can be for anywhere from a few moments to half an hour, but the benefits are clear for me. Oh, and breathing. That really helps to think about it.
