I totally agree with you. A good friend started on e-cigs two years ago and hasn't had a real cigarette since. She "smokes" around me and it doesn't impact me at all. Just water vapor. I quit 17 years ago using nicotine gum and I still use it. I told my doctor this and she said - so what? Nicotine itself is pretty harmless, just a very addictive mild stimulant like caffeine. As long as you're not inhaling smoke and harming your lungs, who cares about being addicted to nicotine?
I really don't get all this angst about e-digs, wanting to regulate them, etc. It makes no sense to me at all.
