Depression is a lot less - just using tianeptine and maintenance TMS. Therapy has been extremely helpful, but now I am facing the departure of my therapist for the west coast ( I'm in the east). Not sure yet how we will deal with that. I am worried that I may lose some of what I've gained. I hope I will find that I can manage just as well on my own.

I am still polypharmaceutical. I am pretty sure I would rattle if anyone shook me. But stability is an unfamiliar place for me, and I am looking at it at an enormous gift.
I have been reading the boards all along (of course) and it is nice to be back.
Thanks again.
