jump with me on weight loss...

just went into the bathroom and saw that chunky face that looks liek a chipmunk chewing acorns...looks like a skippy the squirrel or soemthin...but i've been off the diet now a while, i eat when i want to....but when im on a diet program, usally in my mind i don't like it, and i really want to give into temptation to just eat chips, pizza, all that stuff...and i noticed when i go off diets, i eat more than what i did before the diet, its like suppressing a hunger then when it is realased like holding the pressure of a water hose and it blasts when you let it go....

so liquid diets are effective but i've learned long term like 3+ weeks the metabolism goes down...it does it to save energy for the body, and anytime you put one morsel of food in, it goes to fat....so, learning all this, fat intake is importamnt, just not loads of it....the moderation of it is the key...all these stupid books on diets, guhhh its so simple, reduce the intake or reroot foods, calorie intake....another thing is alot of calories are not that bad....if the bodies metabolism is handling it, then its ok....if the calories get below 600-800cals it does the same thing as a liquid diet, it slows down the prcessing because of low food intake, the metabolism adapts to new food intake....

the stimulants are good.....herbal stimualnts are....they can cause anxiety and agitation and irritibility...i don't like them, i would much rather have a dexedrine diet...like i was on 2009 and got down to 190lbs....

but really does anyone here want to discuuss diet terms? people on the net read this site, and maybe it can be recorded on the archives....someone 13 years from now will benefit....lol

but if no one responds....the main thing is metabolism, and the calorie intake, moderate food intake is good, if someone has a bad metabolism, less food is the diet to be on. Running/Weightlifing is another thing....weights burns cals through muscle mass, and some fat burns, but the running/jog increases the body functions and metabolism...so if that can be intregrated into a diet...it will be vary effective.

The low food intake diets....i hate them, ill stay on them for 3-4 weeks then when i fall off....i will eat like a pig, catching up on the food i missed out on....lol thats a perfect example for diets that restrict things of taste pleasure....

I've gotta this weight off....and willing to write anything to help peopl while im trying to do it myself.....
