until i discovered klonopin,i was terrified to be left alone after coming out of my breakdown.my hubby had to take me along all day,in his work truck on construction jobs!I even insisted on bringing along our "lap dog".We would sit in the truck, and go for an occasional walk.the first day that I stayed alone,I hiked to the top of biggest hill i could find, and sat and looked out at the world.I felt peace, then had lunch out on the porch.Keep in mind, there was also klonopin!(zoloft, and remeron too)I dont mind being alone, yet I always have my pets w/me
