It is not a question of whether or not SLS understands a joke. It is a question of your intimating that there is some mysterious wisdom to be found in it. I am reasonably sure that you understand this. However, you seem to be too frightened to tell us exactly what you had in mind by your suggesting that this joke was "food for thought".
