I just recognized who it was and was giving FB a link. When I post a link it doesn't mean I agree with the content. I try to explicitly say so if I do.
In this case, it's not my kind of comedy and I don't agree that many of his observations are "so true." I do think there can be good, healthy humor around mental illness, like anything difficult and negative we humans have to cope with, but teasing out and then sharing that humor is....dicey. I do not particularly care for the quote ron posted in his OP. It doesn't make me laugh at all.
That's why I said, "different strokes." Sorry if you got the idea I like this particular routine.
MDD (presently in complete remission); ADD-Inattentive type; mild anxiety (not fomally dx'd)
Meds: Strattera 80 mg q day
