No. And the wake-ups were becoming nightly. But last night I slept fine--I thought due to a xanax dosage adjustment. Now I have no idea why. I hope to continue.

You've been up since 3:00? That's practically farmers' hours. No wonder you're asleep at 5:00.

I suppose so. Are you feeling rested? I would think the interrupted sleep might leave you groggy.

Are you able to read during the predawn hours?

Are you seeing a tcm person? They have a comment about every hour of the day.
