Yes, that's really hard.
My mom has older friends in your general area; they must know people who have gone through this process. I wonder what resources they found?
I will put on my thinking cap.
I will make a call or two.

It could be that English speaking resources are outside the realm of traditional provincial powers. I'm thinking in terms of church supported groups. Let me see what I can find out.
