I've decided I'm going to lift weights. I think the key to stopping this horrible cycle of weight loss then rapid weight regain to an even heavier weight is to gain muscle.
I want to lose a lot of fat, not necessarily weight. I want to lose the fat. I don't care if I stay the same weight.
I'm starting tomorrow.
